미래를 그리기 어려운 시기에 우리는 무엇을 해야 할까

 What should we do when hard to picture the future?

 These days, a lot of sad events happened, such as the disaster in Itaewon or the derailment of the Mugunghw train. In Yeosu, the construction site was submerged in seawater, and there was an accident in a mine in Gyeongsangdo.

 Anyone interested in the Korean economy is currently criticizing the government on various issues. But even I'm usually very critical, at this moment I rarely post anything criticizing. This is because the more people feel that Korea's revival is coming to an end, the worse the actual situation is likely to be.

 This is the same for individual unit. Do not focus too much on situations that are difficult to control. If you repeatedly look at the possibility that the situation is going to worsen, you lose your willingness to respond to risks. Do not focus on the details when there is an inevitable crisis. Instead, let's assume only two situation: when the crisis reaches its limit and when it doesn't happen. If risk is managed, both situation must going through in ways that you can minimally overcome. Identify and act on this direction.
